It’s been 4 days since I ordered a charger from them and up till today it hasn’t arrived even though they promised next day delivery To make it worse I have sent mails to the seller and no reply, I have also tried calling no response. I advise future customers to not buy from them

I ordered a tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone 3 days ago and haven't received anything yet!! I paid with Twint!!!! The delivery was supposed to arrive within 24 hours!! What went wrong???
Do I have to leave a negative review before anyone will listen?! So much for 24-hour delivery. I ordered last week, paid, and haven't received anything. Emails and calls go unanswered. There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and after-sales support!
