Unbelievable post-purchase treatment – this should not happen! After a consultation, I bought a Honda lawnmower from Bärtschi for CHF 999.–, which was the price I was told it was and which was sold to me directly at that price. Shortly afterward, I received a call informing me that they had made a mistake with the price and that I owed an additional CHF 300.–. Later, I even received invoices and payment reminders for this amount. I have never experienced such treatment of customers before. A purchase price should be binding. Unfortunately, due to this situation, I feel compelled to involve my legal insurance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
