I'm sorry to say that the raclette cheese didn't taste good. I bought it in Thalheim at a small farm stand. Both the plain and garlic varieties were unbearably bitter. We don't know why. Unfortunately, this means I can't bring myself to buy from you again. Sorry.
We love raclette and enjoy trying different raclette cheeses from different manufacturers. Unfortunately, the paprika and smoke flavors didn't impress us at all. We bought them at the Volg supermarket in Kleinandelfingen. Paprika doesn't taste the least bit like it, and neither of them melts very well. Unfortunately, both have very bitter rinds, and the consistency resembles honey. I'm sorry to have to write this here, but I hope it helps improve your recipe.

Delicious cheese made from local milk. Great products and regional specialties like fondue and raclette. The shop sells unpackaged milk and cream, as well as all other products and accompaniments, including prosciutto. Highly recommended!
