I went to Mona for hypnosis to lose weight. I always felt very comfortable with her. We would first discuss my current situation, and she would tailor the hypnosis accordingly. No two sessions were ever the same. She put a lot of thought into each appointment and was always well-prepared. She helped me let go of my negative beliefs and even managed to make me feel comfortable in my work clothes!
