Pleasant Stay with Excellent Supportive Staff and Great Value for Money We had a great experience at this hotel! The biggest highlight was definitely their online customer service β even though the hotel uses a self check-in system with no reception, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful. We arrived quite late around 9pm and only realized we had accidentally booked the wrong date. Despite it being after office hours, the staff replied promptly, offered solutions, and even helped us secure a new booking for the same night. Their positive attitude and patience really impressed us β they went above and beyond to help even when it was our mistake. The self check-in process itself was smooth and convenient, allowing us to check in anytime upon arrival without any hassle. The room environment was exactly as shown in the photos β clean, spacious for two people, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The small kitchenette and fridge were very handy, and we loved the balcony with a street view, which made for a nice, relaxing spot in the evening. The location is not in Lucerne city itself, which makes it more affordable, but still very convenient β only less than10 minutes by train to the city center. Perfect for travelers who want to stay near Lucerne at a lower price without compromising comfort or convenience. Overall, itβs very worth the price β modern, comfortable, and supported by an incredibly helpful team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lucerne on a budget but still wanting a great experience!
Very good all round - clean- comfortable - we had a car so getting around from hotel was easy - however as is usual all around Luzern where you park - you pay. Only downside was that the extractor hood was noisy in the room when cooking. A bit pricy but overall a great experience.
The shower and toilet were in very good condition. Very good shower cabin, shower head, and toilet. The kitchen is small but modern and had just as many things as we needed. On the window there was an electric metal shutter blackout, it was easy to use, practical. The only thing I could complain about was the bed, where there was a thinner mattress and not so soft cotton cover. Everything was very nice and clean and there was also welcome coffee on arrival. All the technical things worked excellently and the nfc (phone) working front door was very practical. There was a very nice view, you could see the Pilatus from the common balcony
The room was good and clean as shown in the picture when we were booking. The bathroom door was not a full door, which was not ideal. The room was very hot and no AC. There was a large door that could be opened to the balcony, but our room was right beside a fire station so it was very loud when trying to sleep. Overall, it was fine for a short stay and was located right beside a bus stop which was great.

The provided beds and pillows were found to be unsatisfactory. The check-in process lacked clear instructions regarding vehicle procedures and guest guidance. An insufficient quantity of bin bags was supplied for stays exceeding one night. The electric stove malfunctioned, which was particularly problematic given the duration of the apartment booking. The bathroom lighting, controlled by sensors, disrupted sleep due to its activation during nighttime use.
