I paid over €3,000 for a Solmate with two panels. After it broke down, I've been waiting for a replacement for two years. I've been promised delivery countless times, but I've never heard from them again. When I call, they promise to take care of it or call me back, but I never hear from them again. Emails go unanswered. They also ignore my demands for delivery or a refund. It's a complete disaster; I've never experienced such terrible service—it's outrageous! In short: I paid €3,000, spent hours on the phone and emailing, and never received a working Solmate. Never again! Stay away!
Disaster. 1st delivery: marked as shipped, but never delivered. 2nd delivery: OK. 3rd delivery: several months late. 5th delivery: wrong item delivered, requiring 10 back-and-forth support emails. We shouldn't have given them a second chance.
With all due respect, trying to force a solar panel on a nearly 80-year-old single woman is completely unacceptable. What really infuriates me, though, is that he claimed to be acting on behalf of the municipality, which is definitely not true. The next day, I received another call saying they had scheduled a consultation appointment, which is simply outrageous. No means no.
From my own experience, I can only say: stay away from this company! Under no circumstances should you agree to a consultation appointment.
Despite a significant delivery delay and incorrect order (where the error was clearly my fault as the customer), the company proved to be generous.
