It was unfortunate that my experience was related to racial profiling. Went into the store hoping to buy perfume or sunglasses, and realized the store clerk stopped what she was doing to stare at my partner and I while we browsed. We decided to go towards the back of the store to look at purses and noticed she followed, always keeping us in her line of sight. No one else of “their kind” was being followed or stared at. We were never greeted or asked for help. I will never visit again, nor do I recommend anyone else visiting. I found another business that greeted and serviced me as desired. This business needs to re-evaluate who they hire and how to equally treat all customers.

Wish there was more range for women’s products. I bought an Alexander McQueen shirt. The employees were a little snobby and didn’t seem too interested in helping me.

We visited Grieder in Interlaken last week and will not forget this experience so quickly. From the salespeople to the Manager, everyone was present and offered us the desired service at all times.
