While visiting Interlaken on the holiday, I stopped by this store to purchase AirPods (Gen 2). They were selling what they claimed were Apple-authorized headphones, but after using them, it was clear they weren’t genuine. There were several red flags — most notably, like most Apple products, these didn’t come even partially charged, so I couldn’t use them right away. The transparency mode and noise-canceling mode didn’t work (adaptive mode wasn’t available) all failed to work, and when I checked the serial number, it showed a warranty that had already expired in 2024. As an Apple user, I know these are core features that should function properly from the start. I politely pointed these issues out to the person at the counter and asked to return the items and for a refund the following day. The attendant at the store refused, Instead, he took a photo of my credit card and told me it would take 2–3 days to process — which never happened. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. They might be helpful for phone fixes or minor repairs, but I would strongly recommend not buying Apple products from this store. The items I received were clearly not authentic, and the refund process was extremely frustrating.

Fixed my iPhone 5 screen in about 20 minutes. Speaks enough English that he could explain the problem (LCD defect causing lines on the screen and the screen to not respond to touch), and understand my broken German. Prices comparable to other places. Overall very happy with the quick turnaround.
