Beware of this company. I wouldn't call them a partner. They charge a hefty processing fee for every change. Sometimes they even do nothing at all, without offering advice. In some cases, they don't even have expertise in certain areas and still demand the processing fee. Instead of learning, they naturally bill the customer directly for everything. Of course, you have to pay for everything before you even receive the keys. Any issues are addressed, if at all, only much later, and even then, very slowly. You have to constantly follow up. They probably assume that you'll eventually give up on them.

I completely agree with Marco... They collect money, plan errors are presented as perfectly acceptable and not their problem... They try everything to avoid taking responsibility for anything... Outrageous... Stay away from this company... What a shame, I thought there might still be some professional pride at this company – completely out of place!
