I had an great experience working with Elina for my Swiss health insurance. As an international person, the system was quite confusing, but Elina explained everything very clear and easy to understand. She took the time to analyze my specific case and gave me the best possible advice for my situation. What I appreciated most was her honesty and how she respected my decisions that never pressured me to add extra packages I didn't need. Highly recommended for her professional and honest approach!
Elina invited me to come talk to her about supplementary insurance, so I took time to visit her office because in 2025 they don't offer remote meetings. Then she told me my BMI is too high immediately after meeting me. Then she tried to sell me travel insurance. Why not ask before asking me to come here? An hour and 6chf in SBB fees wasted. Not buying travel insurance from her either then and I'm switching away from CSS as soon as I can. One star because it did happen in English.
A few years with CSS… pretty Bad insurance.
Unfortunately, I've had very negative experiences with CSS Health Insurance in Kloten over the past few days. I've been trying to contact them by phone for three days now. I've been repeatedly assured that I would receive a call back – but this hasn't happened yet. Lately, I've noticed that processing claims has become increasingly complicated. Many services aren't covered, and the processing times are very long. Therefore, I advise you to consider these points before switching to CSS Health Insurance or contacting them.
Elina Borger is a very nice lady. She's very natural, helpful, and relaxed. We felt very comfortable and that our concerns were taken seriously. Thank you so much for your genuine and kind manner.
