I recently rented the car from Enterprise and experience was good. I got the full insurance so there were no claims. Additionally I make the reservation from their office in Kloten balsberg office . It is just a 1 km from Zurich office and you can save 100 CHF by not paying airport surcharge fee.
Never hire a car from them . I booked jeep Cherokee and they gave me faulty Renault with damage wheels They rip u off . Their cars are faulty no help . No service, no reply . If u want to hire from them hire on your own risk. It's better to use public transport . I hired from them after 2 days service light on i had pictures and videos and they said change tge vehicle at different locations and making noise and after i drop off they took the money from your account with no reason
I want to commend the young woman, Dolma, that was at the counter at ZRH on Thursday, 22-Jan-2026. My flight was almost 2 hours late. She had already shut down for the night. When I arrived and she realized how desperate I was, she started up the system and did everything so quickly and efficiently so that I wouldn't have to pay extra for after midnight service. She handed me the keys at 23:57. Great job Dolma and many many thanks.
I have been using Enterprise for a few years now and every single time the experience has been great. They have amazing cars in good condition and the staff is very friendly. One of the staff members Monica was very helpful. As we were using Enterprise for a while she also gave us an upgrade. I highly recommend Enterprise for renting out cars.
Car Rental at Alamo – Geneva Airport, Switzerland I want to warn everyone about the scam this rental company is doing to its customers!! In my case, I received a car in July 2025 with scratches on the wheels, and these damages were already mentioned in the check-in report. Even so, I made a video and took photos confirming these damages. Because the car pick-up location at Geneva Airport was dark and narrow, I recorded the evidence immediately after leaving the parking area. The rental company did not accept my evidence and is now charging me around 700 CHF for damages that already existed on the car. I want to alert everyone not to rent cars from this company (Alamo) — the charge is unfair and shows a complete lack of ethics toward customers!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We rented a car a month ago and before checking with the client, they charged us a fee of 2000 CHF for damages in the car, when we'd reported personally to their employees and via the app, the day we picked up the car. We called to the number that is online, and you end up talking to a machine that's says you should claim through their online help desk. We initiated 3 different tickets on this website, and we didn't have an answer, not even per e-mail . After a month, I presented myself on their customer desk (if you would call it like that), and as you can see in the photos, there was nobody to answer. I began looking for their employees until I found them in the parking lot. No employee could help me, they told me there's no one responsible for customer service. Finally, I've decided I will take legal action on the swiss subsidiary Helvetic Motion AG and their branding company, which is Enterprise. Really, there is no company I've dealt in my whole life with this kind of lack of service. Total scam, do not hire this company!!!
