I participated in Stephy Waller's "New Healing Board Journey 240 Hours," which was offered for free via Facebook. Initially, I was very skeptical; you never know what you might be pressured into. But the opposite was true. Everything was very genuine, clear, and authentic. I received a lot of new food for thought and was able to explore and reflect at my own pace. Is this something for me? Does it resonate with me? Can and do I want to take this path? I could ask questions at any time, felt seen, and met exactly where I was, without judgment, without pressure, and without feeling like I was being sold something. It was always perfectly clear that it was 100% my own decision whether and how I wanted to continue, without guilt and with complete acceptance. I've experienced very different coaches, and this is actually my first review ever. I'm very grateful that I "stumbled" upon Stephy. I will continue on my path with her and feel really good and at peace with this decision.
