We rented beer garden furniture from this company. You've only caused trouble. About two months ago, we inquired about beer garden furniture with delivery and pickup. At that time, everything was fine: €100 for delivery and pickup, plus €12 for the beer garden furniture. As the festival approached, we asked if delivery would still be possible on the agreed date. The answer was that they didn't have any delivery personnel. Fine, so we organized a delivery van ourselves. Okay, then we said we'd come and pick it up Saturday morning and return it on Sunday. That's completely unacceptable – Friday morning and Monday afternoon delivery. Is that customer service? No. We're not just renting beer garden furniture for a festival tent. Luckily, there are other beer garden furniture rental companies where the customer is still king.
We would like to thank the company FORS Kunz Kunat in August 2021 in Burgdorf for the great cooperation in assembling and dismantling the marquees. It was very nice to work with the Fors employees. Thank you.
