KUONI Reisebüro Küsnacht — Rennweg 1, 8700 Küsnacht, Switzerland

This morning, March 2nd, I went into the Kuoni Reisen Küsnacht office to get some advice and, I hoped, to book a trip to the Greek islands with my daughter. The office was empty, and the two women were free. One of them greeted me with half-hearted interest but was incredibly unfriendly. Her tone was arrogant and sarcastic. I ignored it until I asked what she thought about the situation in the Middle East and its impact on travel in the region. She replied aggressively, "You can't expect me to know what's happening with the war!" I then said goodbye and will book something myself, never have anything to do with Kuoni again, and will inform everyone in my network about it.
