Amazing company with superb products! As a kid, 30 years ago, i got a micro scooter that i loved and raced everywhere. Now I have kids myself that are starting to use their own scooter. Same brand, same idea, same great quality! A few days after dusting off my 30ish year old "oldtimer", the back wheel axis got loose, came off and got lost (while carrying around). Contacted Micro Support who helped me getting this spare part that they don't even have in their shop anymore. Two days later, I got the perfect axis in my mailbox. Now I can race my kids again :-) Thanks Micro Team, you're the best

Room for improvement in their customer service and product experience. We just bought a Micro mini2grow deluxe magic led. For whatever reason the magic bar was already installed inside the Tbar. We are unable to remove it to install the batteries. Customer service let us down and after several emails told us to take care of it ourselves with the shop where we bought it. Not the premium system we expected.
Professional, friendly and competent sales, and repair service. Easy and quick to find using SBB trains 6 or 16.
