While Quickline's prices are cheap, in my opinion, so is the service at Quickline Küssnacht (Müller). Switching back to Swisscom was a real relief. Just a heads-up: the activation fees (each for phone, internet, and TV) are exorbitant! Despite having paid my bill, my landline was disconnected, everything takes forever, and the excuses are always incredibly creative!
Three months ago, we signed a new internet contract here. The router was NOT delivered by the agreed activation date. Unfortunately, the hotline just puts us off, and no one knows what the status is. Now we've been without internet for two days...thanks, Quickline.
