Spectacular service and professionalism. I planned my engagement ring with Mr. Tessa and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the result. Everything went smoothly, service was always very friendly and welcoming. We even had to adjust the ring size with a tight schedule and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

We've been wearing our new wedding rings for a few weeks now. For our 40th anniversary, we wanted something symbolic of our ruby anniversary. Mr. Tessa sourced various rubies and color combinations for us, which was very helpful, as we were able to see them in person. The rings turned out beautifully, just as we had imagined. Our expectations were exceeded, even though it wasn't initially clear whether our wishes could be perfectly realized based on a sample image.
