Today, January 20, 2024, at 1:38 PM, I entered this store for the first and last time. I bought a chilled bottle of Coca-Cola for CHF 1.65 and politely mentioned at the checkout that I would like to pay by card. The very unfriendly cashier replied: "Cash!" I reiterated that I would prefer to pay by card. "Cash." When I asked if it was a problem to pay by card, she said it wasn't worth it for such small amounts. Very unfriendly, she also refused to give me the change, instead giving it to my companion who had to pay with cash. This was despite the fact that I was a customer. Never again!! Train your staff in friendliness! I'll just go to any other store in Langnau where I can pay even 5 cents by card if necessary…!
The salads and vegetables are truly fresh and keep for several days; for example, the lamb's lettuce is simply superb. The service is very attentive. A visit is worthwhile.
The store is easy to reach and, in my opinion, is located right in the center of Langnau. If you prefer a more leisurely shopping experience and don't want to be constantly bumped into by other shopping carts, this is the place for you. The food is fresh, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Unfriendly staff. As a teenager, we were asked if we had any coins. We only had Twint or a card. That's unacceptable.
