Poor customer service. Moved over from the UK with my machine which was working well. Machine was sent there for service and a small repair job a couple of months ago and again stopped working. No answer to my phone calls and not returning my emails. Not sure what is going on with these people. My coffee shop also advised against them for similar reasons.
Disappointing experience. I bought a used Mina from this official Dalla Corte dealer in Switzerland. On my second visit, I didn't inspect the machine again before picking it up. The machine was already packed and ready for transport. I trusted this official dealer completely. When I unpacked the machine, I discovered defects. Rogalla claims the defects were due to transport in my car. This is not the case. Since then, I haven't received any response. Think twice before using their services.

I highly recommend the course to everyone! For me, as a beginner, it was very helpful to be able to take in all the information and tips. Everything was explained very clearly, and I had the opportunity to test out many machines and mills to gain firsthand experience.
