Das Lake Haus in den Bergen — Hauptstrasse 81, 3706 Leissigen, Switzerland

Booked this for 3 nights several months ahead of time. The booking was canceled by the owner Isabel Alameda on the day I was supposed to arrive. I drove something like 10 hours from Austria and didn't see this message until I arrived. Isabel has another property and offered it at the same price as the original booking. I couldn't make it to the other property and had to book another hotel that night. I agreed to the new property for the remaining nights at the same price. The day before I was leaving, Isabela came to collect payment for the two nights. I asked how much. She then says she forgot her phone and wanted me to check on my phone. The rate for two nights was now as much as the original 3 nights. So I paid the same rate for two nights as I had for the original booking for 3 nights. I feel swindled.
