Excellent hotel stay😍 We stayed at the hotel for four nights and had a great first impression. Check-in was easy and quick when we arrived. The room was very nice, clean, and warm. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we were very happy with our stay. The location is amazing😍 Breakfasts were very tasty. Every morning we were asked what we would like to drink, and the drinks were brought to our table. The coffee was especially good. We would like to especially thank the hotel staff. They are very kind, friendly, and professional. Thanks to them, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. On the last day of our stay, we received delicious chocolate, which was a very nice and thoughtful surprise. Thank you for the great service⭐️🎄
Might be a little late to write this review, but what a place to stay at especially since this was my first visit to Switzerland. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the quietness of the village (Lungern) were absolutely stunning. Would recommend anyone who wants a convenient location close to Interlaken and for a reasonable price to stay at this hotel
Emma's is really amazing. I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and daughter and just loved it. Location is amazinf and just next to train station and also in a beautiful charming village. Best part is the breakfast and service. Breakfast is …
The very picturesque town of Lungern is a must see. The hotel is a self check in property which was straightforward but a little tedious. The room was nice and the views are everywhere. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is, by far, the worst hotel experience I have had in Switzerland. Upon checking in, I pulled back the covers to find the bed sheets were visibly dirty with orange stains. Since my mobile phone only had data and couldn't make calls, I was unable to reach any staff member. I tried using the hallway phone to contact the reception for help, only to be rudely hung up on and told to use my own mobile phone to call them. There was no staff member visible anywhere in the hotel to assist me. I have traveled to over 25 Swiss towns and stayed in more than 20 different hotels across the country; this experience was the most appalling. The standards at this establishment are so poor that they genuinely insult the excellent reputation of the Swiss hotel industry as a whole. Stay elsewhere.
Nice accomodation and breakfast. Parents with babies and toddlers be aware, even if your little one takes a single bite of bread (or ends up refusing to eat), the full adult breakfast price is charged. Ouch. Otherwise they have gluten free bread, which is nice.
