A beautiful hotel in a great location, with stunning views and a stylish, cosy interior. The bathroom setup without doors is a bit odd but you get used to it. The only big disappointment was breakfast, underwhelming and sad in an otherwise lovely setting, leaving most guests visibly dissatisfied.
We loved our stay. Comfortable beds and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We checked in beforehand on line which made it super easy. But the woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. Sadly it rained so we couldn’t go into their beautiful surrounding. Looked lovely.
Note: if you're looking for a calm place, ask whether the hotel is booked for a celebration during your stay. In case it is I would stay away. The hotel as such ist nice and well-designed. Food was good, service was fair as well. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the rooms and terrace is very nice. After a full day of cycling we were looking for a calm place and Hotel Wetterhorn seemed perfect for that. Unfortunately there was a birthday crowd celebrating with loud music - I am talking about a level where our bed vibrated while the music was 2 floors below us and it lasted until 3 am. Luckily we reached the night porter but it still took at least half an hour until they shut the music down.
Very cosy hotel, beautifully decorated with flowers, candles, Xmas lights, wooden objects and small fires outside. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit too warm for me.
Hotel Wetterhorn and Hotel Baeren are magical places to get married! We had a two-night wedding event at these locations, and both nights were simply amazing. Both sites offer majestic views of the surrounding mountain ranges, large …
great location, very nice and net staff members! supported us so well to celebrate our birthday party there and gave us a really valuable post card and drink as gift from the hotel! thanks for making our holiday and birthday event much nicer
