I contacted this boat upholstery company based on a recommendation. I requested a quote, measured my boat, and sent the photos to Messerli BS. Initially, they asked questions and expressed interest. After two months without hearing anything, I politely inquired whether they were still interested in the work. I haven't received a reply to date and no longer expect one. Unusually poor customer service. What a waste of time.
