I would like to give special praise to a young man (who worked on the morning of February 24th) who impressed me with his exceptional kindness and helpfulness. He helped my son in several difficult situations and even provided financial support on multiple occasions, without ever expecting anything in return. His selfless nature and big heart are truly remarkable. People like him make the world a better place! And thank you for the friendly service; word gets around quickly!

The shop is very small and cramped – long queues quickly form when trains arrive, so you sometimes almost miss the bus. Furthermore, the branch is only open until 8 pm, which isn't very customer-friendly. The staff are friendly and some have been there for quite a while, which I appreciate.

10/25/25 My visit was very confusing due to the behavior of a young male employee, whom I saw here for the first time. I was deliberately ignored (racking up a shelf while I placed my products on the counter) and then "jumped over" when the employee deliberately gave priority to a later customer. When I confronted him about this, he reacted rudely and refused to serve me. His reasoning: I supposedly hadn't responded to his three greetings and therefore didn't deserve to be served – which wasn't true. Even if I had ignored him, it is absurd, ridiculous, and unprofessional to refuse a sale because of a lack of greeting and instead yell at a customer. After this unnecessary lecture, he said I could buy something "as an exception." I politely declined, returned the items to the shelf, and left the store. While the usual staff is often not very talkative (which is perfectly fine), I've never experienced this level of arrogance and refusal of service. A customer willing to pay should not be ignored. This behavior is detrimental to business.
