Müller Beltrami Boden GmbH removed stone tiles and installed wood parquet flooring in my home. All tasks were completed to my complete satisfaction. Communication was friendly, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Promises were kept, tasks were completed on time as agreed, and the work was carried out cleanly. I would definitely hire this company again.
The punctuality was excellent, as was the fact that the quality of the parquet flooring was checked, and some issues were identified and replaced. Unfortunately, there were some large glue marks on the walls that I couldn't remove. A large hole in the wall was neither reported nor repaired, and in some places, too little glue was applied, resulting in noticeably louder footsteps in certain areas.
Excellent work, friendly staff, and a clean, professional finish. Our 35-year-old cork floor looks brand new. Highly recommended company.
