I was able to rent a parking space through this company. Everything went perfectly, and both the initial request for the parking space and the cancellation process were seamless. I was always friendly and encountered friendly staff on the phone and via email. I don't understand the negative reviews...

Unprofessional, unfriendly, and absolutely terrible at calculating rent. Huge additional charges every year. Moving out is the same; be lucky if you get a little bit of your deposit back.
