The delivery time is not reliable. The quality is ok. The software is easy to use but quite slow.

Excellent service and extremely high quality.
If you are just a regular person, trying to print and bind an ebook, forget it. You need to be an expert of editing pdf files because it NEVER WORKS after uploading a file. I have tried for hours, then tried to send a message on their website, nothing works!!!!
