I paid an extra 35fr. for 2-5 days and had to pay an additional 32.85fr. For the customs duties. **That's what I have to pay, I know, but bc of the delay in service, I'm not happy with anything in this moment! And yea it's been 6 days and my package still hasn't arrived in Zürich! Terrible.

One star is too much. I have been using DHL Services Worldwide for a very long time but Zollikofen is terrible, it's just unexplainable. Everyone screaming and yelling at each other in some weird language(Serbian, Macedonian, Albanian?! I presume), they have no idea where the packages are, women working there are absolutely horrendous and constantly in a fight mode, you feel like they would gladly punch you in the face. The place looks like zombie land, dirty, unattended. I am under the impression this whole place needs to be restructured from the CEO to Couriers and that is what I will write officially to Head Office, if they don't change something I am most certainly sure all my clients and myself will change delivery company.

I booked a parcel pickup with DHL in order to return three shoes I ordered from Allbirds. The slot I was able to select was between 10am and 11am. Nobody turned up and I didn't get any notification. After contacting their support a new pickup window was communicated to me between 14:00 and 17:00. But again - nobody turned up. I waited a whole day for them and haven't received any notification. Unfortunately, this is a very bad experience and poor service

I dont give zero stars cause app doesnt let me. I contracted DHL to ship my personal belongings from spain to switzerland. • Slow paperwork with customs. You have to send everything by post (yes with the envelope and the stamp, no electronic way by 2023) and it takes a week to DHL to send the documents to the customs. • Tracking lies. You never get the promised delivery time you selected when you hired DHL. they just come without calling and only one attempt in morning (even the email you receive says it will receive it by end of day...). • When you call to reschedule your 1K "express" delivery they say they can only resend it the next day and without any specified time so you just have to wait for them till they appear, since they consider nobody has to go to work during the week or can ask for a free morning to get their stuff. So if you need to do an international shipment when moving to another country look elsewhere for your own good :)

Very fair courier. Used around 10 times now, and I feel like they deserve a good review, based on some experience. 9 times over 10 I had no problem at all. Once they broke the parcel... but the refund was efficient and fast. It costs more than DPD, but it's totally worth the extra price.
