One of the best service experience I've made over the last years! I ordered the Müllex x-Line X55 over a reseller not realizing that some parts will not fit to my kitchen The A. & J. Stöckli AG team was not only replying very fast and friendly, they replaced the not fitting part - free of charge! What an impressive dedication to customer care.
I tried to order a lid for the bio-bin (BOXX 55/60-R Bio) for a friend in Switzerland. I'm based in the UK. Not only did Andreas in Customer Services respond to my request quickly, he also arranged to supply and deliver the lid free-of-charge. Now that's what I call great service!
The main switch on our table grill (Model 0028) was damaged during transport. I contacted them via WhatsApp: "Could you send me a replacement switch and how much would it cost?" The reply came within minutes: "Good afternoon, Mr. Kilchenmann, We regret that you are experiencing problems with the switch and will send you a replacement free of charge. Have a nice day. Kind regards, A+J Stöckli AG, Andrea Marti." Isn't that fantastic service?! This just goes to show: Buy Swiss products, it helps us all!
We bought the PizzaGrill four4 set four years ago and use it a lot, as we prepare raclette, pizza, and table grill all year round. We are extremely satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, one of the switches for the bottom heating element has now broken because the small plastic clips snapped. Just like the product, the service is excellent! I contacted them via WhatsApp with a photo of the broken switch, received a reply the very next day, and three business days later the replacement part (free of charge!) was in my mailbox. Thank you so much! -> Installed it and it's working again... P.S.: If you were to equip the four4 units with two rotary knobs (like the new 4, 6, and 8 models), I would place an order immediately ;-)
We bought the Stöckli for8 raclette/pizza grill about two years ago. What can I say? We're thrilled! We've never had such a good grill before. I highly recommend this product! Beautiful design, good heat, great coating, etc. Truly top-notch!
