After the installation of my new heat pump, the service provided by Mr. Berger was excellent. He was always available, even outside of regular business hours, and provided expert support with all settings and questions. His dedication and professionalism deserve special recognition.
We've had a Windhager pellet heating system in our holiday home in the Jura Mountains for 15 years. Yesterday, December 26th, I noticed via the control app that the heating had failed. That same evening at 10 pm, I reached an emergency service who promised to take care of it. Today, December 27th, I received a call at 8 am informing me that a service technician was on his way. He contacted me at 9 am. I was then able to give him access to the house over the phone and guide him to the burner. An hour later, he informed me that the system was working again and explained what had caused the malfunction. Everything is working perfectly again. Everyone on the service team provided me with competent, helpful, and extremely friendly advice and support. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire service team for their exceptional service during these days between Christmas and New Year's. I truly appreciate their dedication! And it's clear that Windhager will be our first choice when it comes to replacing the system.

Unfortunately, not at all satisfied. For the second time in a row, the service technician did not turn the heating on after the service. Result: The heating isn't working, and it's freezing cold. Even though we have a service subscription, I had to request service myself. It used to be much better. The emergency service won't call until tomorrow; the lady on the phone seemed to have written everything down by hand; there was no PC, as we are known as long-standing customers. Why do they have a chargeable on-call number if they only call during office hours? I'm NOT looking forward to the cold night. Team Windhager can do better.
We had an oil-fired heater from Windhager. The problems started after the third year. After several thousand francs in repair costs, we had to buy a new heater after eight to nine years. People don't buy Windhager heaters. They claim they're the best, the best in the scrap heap!!! Ours ended up there in the end. Your improvements are of no use to us at all!!! The damage has already been done!!!
Windhager Pellet Boiler with Condensation Heat Recovery In autumn 2022, we opted for a Windhager pellet boiler with condensation heat recovery to replace our oil heating system. Technically, the system functioned flawlessly from the start, including the condensation heat recovery. The service provided was excellent. The required environmental limits were significantly undercut. However, the system's control system for optimal economic operation was unsatisfactory. Only after a change in management at Windhager Switzerland was the problem given the necessary attention and addressed in autumn 2024.
