Really disrespectful. No morals left.
There's nothing wrong with that guy either, you can't reach him by phone, he's giving me a 50 chf fine on my own parking space, I'm going to go to the police
I think something's wrong with your approach. You drop something off at your relatives' address at Hardstrasse 40, 5430 Wettingen (10 minutes away), park in the visitor parking lot, and get a 50 CHF fine? What exactly is wrong with that?! Just because the car has a SZ license plate? And why can't you be reached by phone? That's outrageous. Just issuing fines like that.
Service from major scammers. We parked our company car to make a delivery to a customer in the Besucher parking lot. We were parked for exactly 5 minutes. Do you know the fine they gave us? Parking for 25 minutes without authorization. But we're out! Now we'll pay the fine just to avoid tarnishing our company. But do some soul searching, make money legally, not by scamming working people! And I see we weren't the only ones.
I received a €50 fine for allegedly parking in a visitor parking space for three days. Since I work every day and was visiting a friend in the company car, this is completely impossible. He can't prove I was there for three days because it's simply not true. He's not responding to my attempts to contact him. Because it's a company vehicle, I paid the fine to avoid involving the company. And if he doesn't respond to my attempts to contact him, I will pursue legal action to recover my money. It will cost me more than it's worth, but I can't let this go on principle.
Anyone who can read and knows the law has an advantage. He's accusing me of long-term parking, which isn't true. It's just strange that he can't prove it, even though the law requires him to provide evidence. As far as I'm concerned, we'll go to court. It'll cost him dearly 🤣😂🤣. …
