I needed urgently yo contact neighbors in order to avoid some water damages and Frau Rüther opposed to do it. She never helped me to inform them, because of privacy issues. I asked for the plans of the water lines and they said they don't have it. I found them from the company which did the job 30 yrs ago and Immosupport refused to pay 250 Chf in order to have these plans. It's 12 apartments. Ridiculous, not serious and dangerous. How can you take these people seriously?

The company is providing false information during the presentation of the property. They provided false information about the deposit, additional cost and termination of the contract. I specifically asked about those 3 things and I was assured that there is no deposit, no additional cost and the termination is 3 months. All of this appeared to be false (but already you are bonded so even if you resign at this stage you have to pay). I tried to seek clarification and resolve problems but the company does not care and does not feel responsible for their lies. Avoid this agency unless you are a legal specialist and are tough. I think they are fishing for easy targets.

I applied for an apartment. I submitted all my documents immediately. Then, two days later, I was supposed to give my approval so my employer could provide information about me. I did that immediately, too. After two days of inquiries, we couldn't reach anyone, even though HR is supposed to be available Monday to Friday. So, on Monday, I contacted HR to ask how things were progressing. Ms. H. was supposed to call today. But she didn't. The absolute kicker: 10 days later, today, I called HR again. No answer, and Ms. H. even gave me untruths. So, I was simply left waiting for 10 days. No message, nothing. And today, I had to find out from the landlord that they've already found someone.

Extremely unprofessional behavior by Ms. Rüther. Result: manipulated STWEG minutes AFTER the meeting, contrary to unanimous STWEG decisions, utility cost increases without STWEG approval, unresponsive emails, disrespect for private property... Since she's been there, there's been endless staff turnover. Awful Google reviews... This woman has been changing jobs every year for years. She's simply out of place. Mr. Jenny...why?
