Patrick gave us such a awesome experience in our first Nespresso store visit! We had our hiking backpacks on and were on our way out of the city and, soon after, leaving the country, clearly not going to buy anything in store. He still took the time to tell us about the history and missions of Nespresso, a company that we have supported enthusiastically for years. We said we’ve tried every capsule they have, but we were wrong because of the new Bianco Piccolo. He made us a cappuccino and gave us a lovely experience! Thanks Patrick!
Penelope was an awesome help! Very kind and patient, and she helped with figuring out what my coffee tastes are. The other staff and the atmosphere in general are very welcoming as well! 10/10 recommend
