Saturday 25.09.21 at 13h15. I had a PCR test taken at Bulle Santé 25 hours earlier, before receiving the certificate from MCL. I freaked out as Bulle Santé made 2 mistakes in my family name whilst I gave them my names typed on a paper as to avoid hick-ups. Given it is weekend and Bulle Santé not reachable, I contacted MCL. The lady on the phone was wonderful, caring, precise and prompt in helping me, in sorting things out in English and sending me a correct certificate within half an hour. Wonderful customer service, care and precision. Thank you so much for making my day.

Terrible! Look elsewhere. Their blood tests are incredibly expensive, and the bills are a complete mess. They send reminders months later for bills that were never delivered.

The lab disappointed me. They processed my blood sample even though it had been sitting in an unemptied mailbox for seven days! The sample was taken on November 23rd and processed on December 1st, 2021. I had to pay for the test myself and was told I should trust the result. This is unacceptable to me.
