Of 20 staircases, only 5 were usable; the rest were junk! Substandard concrete was used, or the dimensions were incorrect; the company should be shut down immediately.

The concrete cracked immediately during installation. My site manager said there was no concrete cover (it's not allowed to have less than 15mm). As soon as you have a problem, the company makes things difficult. THANKS!!

For our headquarters in Bern Wankdorf, we ordered 45 staircases from the company Aebersold, made of artificial stone 3035-5, finely slanted. Unfortunately, the staircases we received were not all the right size or the same color, and each staircase had to be reworked.

Unfortunately, despite lengthy correspondence, the company never resolved defects identified during factory acceptance testing of the new replacement building, Innopark Thun AG. The warranty period has not yet expired, and it would be desirable to reach an agreement.
