On Wednesday, July 16th at 4:00 PM, I briefly stopped with my scooter at the Landenberg bus parking lot in Lucerne to drop off a friend who was about to catch a Flixbus. The parking lot was completely empty. I stopped to the side, without blocking anyone. One of your employees – with a strong Slavic accent (probably Ukrainian or Russian) – approached me and verbally assaulted me in an aggressive and incomprehensible manner. Even though I calmly explained that I was just dropping someone off and would immediately move my scooter to a proper parking spot, he continued acting in an aggressive and inappropriate way, as if he were some kind of regime enforcer. It is unacceptable that someone like this works in the security field. Anyone who treats people with arrogance, rudeness, and intimidation is not only unfit for the job but also damages the image of the company they represent. I sincerely hope action will be taken. Security should never turn into abuse of power. I would also like to add that just minutes later I saw the same person walk to a black Mercedes parked right in front of a gate clearly marked with no stopping or parking signs. This blatant hypocrisy makes the whole incident even more absurd.
I've experienced countless times how unnecessarily aggressive the employees of this security company are. Just recently, at Luzern Live, it was a real experience. It's questionable that these people can and are allowed to do such a job...

I regret to write to you. Around 12:30 AM today, I was aggressively verbally abused and photographed by an employee of your company. He claimed I blinded him with his headlights as I drove by and told me not to leave my engine running. I find it very unfortunate that communication has to take place in such a manner.
