⸻ I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and would absolutely not recommend them. The appointment was explicitly scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but the painter arrived over half an hour late without any prior notice. When I inquired, he claimed there had been an accident – which was untrue, as I verified myself. Later, I discovered that the painter had simply taken my apartment key, even though it was clearly agreed that he would leave it in the mailbox. Without informing me, he took the key, allegedly because he had another appointment in the complex that afternoon. This is completely unprofessional and a breach of trust. Such behavior – being late, offering false excuses, and taking an apartment key without permission – is unacceptable to me. I therefore cannot recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I cannot count myself among the satisfied customers. It was simply bad luck that the paint peeled off the floor during the repairs. If they had sanded properly from the start, they wouldn't have had to do any touch-ups. And then they wouldn't have used the wrong color, which doesn't match the rest of the floor, or dropped the trolley, leaving unsightly marks. Our request to correct the unprofessional work was ignored. They didn't even give us the exact color of the original floor paint. I would advise you to steer clear of this company.
