Great service — you can really see that all of the staff are professional and experienced. They are super polite but also funny! Waiter Alex is a big plus of this place. The hostess, another waitress, and the girl behind the bar were also very nice, open, and truly cared about making us feel good in the restaurant, even when we were already leaving. The food was delicious (although the main dish could use a little more potatoes or vegetables). The apple pie donuts dessert was especially amazing! We also received great recommendations for non-alcoholic drinks (pomegranate flavor). The design of the restaurant is not super modern, but it creates a cozy atmosphere. Overall, the atmosphere was delightful — we could see that the guests around us were also happy to be there. I can truly recommend this place!
A fantastic fine-dining experience! The food was excellent and the team of staff made us feel very welcome and were very family friendly. We can't wait to visit again!
It was a wonderful family night to honor the birthday of my wifes granny. The ambiance was perfect and the service very forthcoming. With the privilege to have visited many equsite places for food I'd say that their food is top notch.

Fantastic Gasthaus. Impeccable service and tasty food. Prices are probably on the more expensive side but the package of what you get is right. Original closes down June 2023.
Furtbächli is a family owned and run high quality restaurant serving both traditional and innovative home made meals with amazing sauces and dressings. The tomato pesto / relish served with the bread is quite simply “to die for” especially for anyone who loves tomatoes. The food, service and wine is of the highest quality. I can see why so many Zurich residents travel to dine here. What a find.
