Very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with the company because of the rudeness of the two drivers. When they stop for breaks, they don't tell us when or how long the break will be. This is my first time with Durmo Tours and my last trip with this company. Total disappointment.
Total theft of tickets on the St. Margherita-Gostivar journey, the ticket written on the ticket was for 110. When payment was made, the driver wrote the price in pen as 130€. Very disappointed because I have been a Durmo Tours passenger for almost 20 years. Scandal!!!!
So I sent my old mother to Durmo for a tour from St. Margaret and the price on the phone was 110 chf and I got 130, which is not correct from the driver.
