Pleasant initial consultation. Received a nice standard email regarding the appointment, everything was fine. Unfortunately, the assigned person was unavailable after four call attempts. The operator refused to answer my questions about working from home, vacation, or absence. Instead, the woman with a German immigrant background repeatedly asked me to speak to her in Swiss German rather than written German... The contact wasn't really productive for me. Update: Review adjusted based on standard feedback on my application.
