I'm really disappointed with my last visit to the Landi in Romont. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, and the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant: the cashier was awful. My mother used to love coming here; it was a pleasant experience for her. Now, because of the staff's attitude, she's lost all enjoyment of coming, which is a real shame. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration to improve the customer service.
