Maler Kauz was part of a team of four tradies for our kitchen renovation. there was a clear schedule to when what has to be done and 24/7 access to the site. Electrician, plumber and kitchen builder were all on time. Only Kauz could not deliver and hence got 3 more days for this 1 room. Finally he did not finish two walls properly, unfortunately we could not postpone the overall schedule any further back. He might be an OK choice when you have all the time in the world and no need to work according to a schedule and with other parties involved. Our project leader experienced him as highly uncommunicative, he even did not show up for an appointment. At least when it was about the invoice he acted quickly and responsive. We decided to pay him the CHF 4'000 in full for the kitchen - but a tradie that does not deliver on time and not even finish a job, we have never had.

Everything was always perfectly fine. When Mr. Kauz said he would come, he showed up on the agreed day and did a fantastic job. The invoices were as agreed; there's no reason to complain. We had another painter when we moved in, who exceeded the estimate by 154%.... Regards, Clöidu
