Unjustified additional costs. After placing a simple order using the exact item number, I was billed for excessive processing fees (CHF 55) and massively high shipping costs (CHF 25 for a standard package). This almost doubled the price. Afterward, they were neither sympathetic nor cooperative. Never again!!!
