Since our beloved butcher shop, Sternen, in Arth, unfortunately didn't have a successor, I'm very happy that our little village shop, Volg, in Immensee continues to offer regional and very high-quality products, now from Kronen Butcher Shop. 👍 I've already tried some very delicious things... 😋 (From Cervelat, Hochmoor-Bröckli (a type of dried beef), Schüblig (a type of sausage), Landjäger (a type of dried sausage), ham rolls, head cheese, and of course, the meatloaf...) 💪 When it's wild garlic season again in the spring, I would be delighted to see a wild garlic meatloaf, either as a cold cut or as 1cm thick slices for frying. 😃 Keep up the good work! 👏 Best regards from Immensee 🙋

I always enjoy coming here, unfortunately it's not exactly on my way, but it's always worth a visit. Superb meat, I bought sirloin steaks (freshly sliced) and grilled beef cordon bleu. Grilled both; the sirloin steaks were buttery soft 👌🏻 and the grilled beef cordon bleu was really nice and filled with lots of cheese 👌🏻 I thought the cheese would melt on the grill, but only a little came out. Super tender meat, always fresh, local meat, top value for money. You can get everything from the world's best Landjäger (local hunter) to T-bone steak and bison. Highly recommended
