Very friendly contact, everything was done perfectly and super fast. The work was clean and reliable, and the price was fair.
My subjective view is that our direct contact with this company was characterized by insults. After a factual account to the managing director, I interpreted the reply email as a one-sided and unreflective rejection.

I don't recommend this company at all. They charge CHF 45 for administrative costs for a replacement blind part. The material was picked up from their warehouse. That's just plain rude, considering the value of the goods was CHF 120. I had to inquire three times before the replacement part was delivered, and they didn't mention that I had to pay CHF 45.
Absolutely outrageous! I contacted this company for a repair, and without even inspecting the blinds, they immediately suggested replacing them (claiming there were no spare parts and they couldn't be repaired) and then sent me an expensive quote. A technician from another company then fixed the problem manually within 30 minutes. Definitely not recommended!
Very pleasant staff, as well as clean and fast work. I am very satisfied and can recommend the company with a clear conscience based on my personal experience.
