My family had a very satisfying meal at Rutli, with most of them having ordered pasta which was flavorful especially the giant prawns. I ordered chicken breast fitness plate and was really glad to have such a healthy option. The complimentary bread was yummy too. Waiting time was quite long (about 45 mins) even for weekday lunch so do be prepared, perhaps try ordering some sides to share while waiting for the mains.
Our party of 6 was warmly greeted and seated immediately. The menu and daily specials were more than adequate given our diverse preferences. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and a lovely place to enjoy our dining experience particularly on a rainy day.

We had a huge lunch and were really satisfied with everything. My husband had the biggest burger he’s ever had — and it tasted amazing. The white asparagus is a must-have this season, and the tomato pasta was a great addition too.

Absolutely delicious! The pork belly was incredibly tender with the perfect balance of lean meat and melt-in-your-mouth fat. The savory soy-based sauce was rich and flavorful, beautifully complementing the meat and soaking perfectly into the rice. The garnish of green onions and crispy garlic added a nice crunch and aroma that elevated the dish. Paired with steamed rice and a slice of calamansi or lime—it’s a classic Filipino comfort food done just right. Highly recommended!
