Hotel Restaurant Spillgerten — Egg 82, 3757 Schwenden im Diemtigtal, Switzerland

Visited for a late lunch early dinner with my wife & daughter, we felt very welcome and the chap let my daughter & I play table air hockey as we waited for the meal. The meal was lovely and filling and considering the location, was well priced also. We enjoyed the restaurant more when it got busier.

This review is only related to the restaurant: I've never seen furniture in such a bad state, there was a strange smell in the restaurant and loads of flies as well. We didn't want to order food in this kind of place.

Stopped there for dinner because nothing else was open in the area. I would definitely not recommend this place. Despite being very hungry, my friend and I did not manage to finish our food (Quiche lorraine with fries) due to the extremely poor quality of the food. Service was okay.
