I just love it here! Bruna and Alma are incredibly helpful. The gym is big, never too crowded. The cleaning got a lot better and the guys who go there are actually pretty cool and easy to talk to and make some nice acquaintances. My only remark would be for the Dampfbad in the spa area. They really need to fix that.

I recently started going to this gym, and after trying two others in the area, this one is my favorite. It is very clean and well-maintained, which creates a great workout atmosphere. The gym is well-equipped for both strength training and cardio, with enough machines and free weights to accommodate different workout styles. The ventilation and air quality are at a good level, making workouts comfortable. While the gym isn’t the newest, its cleanliness and overall organization more than make up for it. There are quite a lot of people working out here, but given the spacious layout, it never feels overcrowded. I’m definitely planning to extend my membership and continue training here regularly!

I made a mistake when I signed up. I thought I was getting a 1-month membership, but it turned out to be a 12-month contract. That’s on me for not double-checking. Still, I noticed the charge a few days later and went back to the gym within 15 days to see what could be done. In a face-to-face conversation, I was told I could transfer the membership to someone else, possibly with a fee. I was also told about freezing the membership while abroad, but since I travel often, that wasn’t really useful. The transfer option seemed like a fair solution, and I trusted what I was told. Months later, I finally found someone to take over the membership. When I contacted the gym, I was told in writing that transfers were never allowed and that the conversation I had, with multiple staff present, never happened. I even asked early on if they could help me find someone or allow a transfer if someone came in wanting to join. The answer was a clear no; it was my responsibility alone. It’s one thing to follow the rules; it’s another to say one thing in person, then deny it later. That’s what really disappointed me. I was proactive, respectful, and honest; and got a completely different attitude in return. The gym itself is fine, but this experience showed me how things are handled when issues come up: no flexibility, no ownership, and no accountability. If you join, protect yourself; get everything in writing, and don’t rely on what’s said face to face. ----- I have the full email exchange on record, as well as people who witnessed the in-person conversation. I’m happy to share it if anyone is ever told otherwise.

I have been a member here since 2 years. The equipments are very average. I am now moving out as I find that there are other gyms much less expensive and provide same value in terms of equipment…

Gosh I miss this gym! I changed jobs and am now looking for something similar in Zurich - but nowhere I feel as comfortable as I did here! Enormous space to quietly work out for yourself, every equipment imaginable, clean, people are quiet and respectful - just all in all a great, relaxed atmosphere, especially for women. Come to Zurich please!
