Excellent service – very friendly, courteous, and efficient! I contacted the company because I had seen some sample panels by chance and wanted to use them for personal purposes. Mr. Calabrese (sales consultant) responded to my email immediately and with exceptional kindness, and a few days later I received the samples (including a small extra gift) with a handwritten greeting in my mailbox. We wanted to build with Blatter because we got a good impression from their showroom. We were wrong: the first tiler was terrible, we complained, but weren't taken seriously, and the management is arrogant and rude. The only decent employee finally saved our project.
