I really appreciate Pyrostar and the products they offer; I have no complaints there. However, I've had two bad experiences ordering online. The first time, the package was left in front of my house without my consent. I had to leave work because it's very dangerous to leave a package containing explosives that could be opened by children or passersby. And this morning, I received a call from the delivery company informing me that they were waiting for me to receive the package, even though I had never been notified of the delivery date. Unlike my other orders, I therefore had no choice but to reschedule. If you could improve your delivery tracking, that would be perfect. Thank you, Loïc Sumi
Paid for fast delivery, waited two weeks, and the customer service is incredibly rude and arrogant. Merry Christmas, Mr. Schärz, you deserve it.

I recommend it, even though it's a bit pricey, because the quality is there. I ordered 500 CHF worth of fireworks batteries and they still lasted me 30 minutes.
